Jean-Guillaume’s career is distinguished by his people-centered approach and core values. He views the human resources as central to the success of any entrepreneurial journey. His values revolve around integrity, trust and a commitment to helping people. His vision of combining cutting-edge science with a strong ethical foundation has been instrumental in his success and in the global impact of his ventures.
Jean-Guillaume is currently the Chairman and Founder of Norfoalk, his Family Office, and Dictamen, a charity fund.
He has co-founded several startups in the biotech sector and he acts as a Board member in several disruptive companies.
Jean-Guillaume is well known as a former CEO and co-founder of Mablink Bioscience that he managed from 2018 to 2023. Mablink developed advanced Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs). The company achieved significant success and was acquired by Eli Lilly in December 2023, enhancing its ability to deliver transformative cancer therapies.
Nataliya is an HR professional with an international background: career path covering 3 countries & 5 languages spoken. She acts as External HR Business Partner on part-time basis: structuring the companies, creating HR processes and policies, designing employees experience & accompanying growth. Equally at ease at large multinational groups and at startups, Nataliya brings the structure and the knowledge management she gained during 20+ years in HR.
Nataliya’s energy and optimism are an integral part of the personality. She views HR as a true business stakeholder, based on innovation & methodology.
Nataliya has worked in various industries throughout her career : Philip Morris International, Euronews, Sanofi Pasteur MSD, XPO Logistics, Groupe SEB – and she now brings her expertise to startup environment driven by a passion for innovation.

Valérie is passionate about the life science. She has expertise both in biology and in early structuration of startups mostly in biotech field. These two skills combined are a solid foundation of the operational roles she currently holds. She acts as External Operational Partner on part-time basis : analyzing the flows of the company, optimizing the IT infrastructure (ERP systems, DMS, …), helping the CEO to implement a clear operational strategy.
Valérie’s vision of operations is to position this role on a crossroad of science and support functions meeting and moving forward together. She is driven by enthusiasm and enjoys helping others.
Valérie has a dual track in science and operations. During her career she has an opportunity to work ten years in biotech operations, five years in deeptech drug development startup environment from inception to M&A and several years of private equity field.
